Who is responsible. Omar Jannoun, entrepreneur individuel, trading as Coach OJ. 30 Boulevard Raimbaldi, 06000 Nice, France. SIRET 84875067500029. Write to contact@coachoj.com.

What I collect, and why

  • Booking a call — your name, your email, and anything you write in the note. I need these to hold the appointment and to reach you about it.
  • Asking about a reduced place — your name, your email, and what you write. I need these to decide and to reply. What people write here is often personal; it is read by me and nobody else.
  • Joining the waitlist — your name, your email, and which offer you were looking at.
  • Paying — Stripe handles the payment. I never see or store your card number. I keep the amount, the currency, the date and a payment reference.
  • Using the site — my server records the address of failed attempts to log into my admin page, so that break-in attempts can be blocked.

Who else touches it

These are the companies I use to run the service. None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

  • Calendly — scheduling. Holds your appointment time, name and email. The booking panel on my site is theirs, and it sets its own cookies inside that panel.
  • Stripe — payments and receipts.
  • Render — runs the server behind the site.
  • Supabase — the database where bookings are stored.
  • Google Workspace — my email.
  • Hostinger — hosts the website itself.

Some of these are based outside the European Union. They operate under the safeguards required for transfers of this kind.

How long I keep it

  • Sessions you paid for, and their payment records — kept for as long as French accounting law requires. I cannot delete these on request, and neither can anyone else.
  • Waitlist entries and reduced-rate messages — deleted after twelve months without contact.
  • Records of failed logins — cleared automatically.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of everything I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to contact@coachoj.com and I will answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how I have handled it, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own for visitors. The booking panel belongs to Calendly and sets theirs.

I do count visits, using something I built myself rather than an outside service. It records that a page was opened, which language it was read in, whether the visitor was on a phone or a computer, which site they arrived from, and which steps of the booking they reached. That is all it records.

It does not identify you. It sets nothing on your device, stores no IP address, and holds no identifier of any kind — so there is no way for me to link two visits and know they were the same person. That is why this site still has no cookie banner: there is nothing here to ask your permission for. What I see is a count, never a person.
